For Eureka Network Projects, the minimum is 2 organizations from 2 different Eureka countries. Eureka Clusters projects are usually larger (often 4–15+ partners) to cover value chains and end-user pilots.
We only have one partner (or none). Can you help?
Yes. We can find and qualify matching partners for both Network and Cluster routes and align eligibility and budgets for each country.
Which path is faster?
Eureka Network is typically faster and lighter-weight for focused scopes. Clusters take longer but create stronger ecosystems, larger pilots, and market visibility.
How do funding rules work?
All Eureka instruments are nationally funded. Rules and rates vary by country. We map each participant's eligibility and co-funding and package the proposal to fit both the programme and national requirements.
What's the application structure?
Network → single Eureka application + national steps. Clusters → two-phase (PO → FPP) + labelling + national steps. We prepare everything end-to-end.
Timelines?
Typical flow: 1–2 weeks (fit/scoping), 2–6 weeks (partners), 4–8 weeks (proposal drafting), then submission per call calendar and national timelines.
NDA and IP?
We sign NDAs on request. IP is set in the Consortium Agreement; we help structure IP and exploitation so contributors are protected and value flows are clear.
